01Perfect Skin Pairing

Rejuvenate and Clarify with ClearLift & ClearSkin PRO

This combined therapy offers a wide-ranging solution for age-related skin imperfections including wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin tone and skin laxity, as well as acne-related scars.
Benefitting from the synergetic value of using two different pulse durations and wavelengths, this combined therapy uses ClearLift (QS 1064nm -photoacoustic), and ClearSkin (Er:Glass 1540nm – photothermal), to enable skin rejuvenation via the induction of new Collagen type III (ClearLift), and achieve a Collagen type I effect (ClearSkin).

The integrated vacuum mechanism extracts accumulated sebaceous material from the pores, while contact cooling protects the skin, reducing pain and allowing for safer and more effective treatment of the sebaceous glands within the dermis.

02Complete Coverage of Various Vascular Lesions

Treating Vascular Lesions of various depths with Dye VL PRO & Cooled LP Nd:YAG

Treating vascular lesions poses the challenge of coverage, as patient conditions often require treatment for lesions of varying size and depth. Integrating a paired technique, combining Dye-VL PRO 500-600nm and Cooled LP 1064nm Nd:YAG technologies, ensures more coverage to effectively treat a wide range of vascular lesions, of different size or depth.

Dye-VL PRO leads the way with its unique “In-Motion” technology for increased safety and comfort, extended applicator lifetime and enhanced clinical results, while the Cooled LP Nd:YAG supports the treatment of larger blood vessels (between 0.5 to 3 mm in diameter) deeper within the skin.

03Pigmentation Treatment Pairing

Combined solution for all shades and layers: Dye SR and ClearLift

This combination provides a wide coverage for many types of pigmented lesions located in all layers of the skin, including on dark skin tones.

The Dye-SR is based on Alma’s proprietary AFT technology and a narrow band spectrum for the precise treatment of pigmented lesions, focusing on superficial lesions. The high powered Q-switched ND:Yag 1064nm laser (ClearLift) treats deep pigmented lesions, offering an effective solution for deeper-set ones.

The Power of Combinations

ClearLift + ClearSkin PRO for Perfect Skin
Dye-VL & Cooled LP Nd:YAG for Complete Coverage of Vascular Lesions
Dye-SR & ClearLift Nd:YAG for Pigmentation Treatment
“Using ClearLift and ClearSkin together on patients is much more effective, as many patients have some combination of both skin aging and acne – either active or such that has left scars. Before each treatment I can assess the patient’s skin and define the right protocol to decide what the best combination would be. I also have the freedom to alternate during the treatment – which ultimately leads to an improved complexion.” - Uwe Paasch, MD, PhD. Dermatology Department, University of Leipzig, Germany
“Pigmentation is a real issue for some patients, especially since their pigmented lesions are usually positioned in varying skin depths and one technology can’t always cover them all. Since I have been combining Dye-SR and QS 1064nm Nd:YAG technologies, I can see a real difference in my effectiveness. This is basically a much better way of dealing with pigmentation. It’s a single solution that has a wider reach.” - Prof. Ganesh Pai, MD, Medical Director DERMA-CARE Skin & Cosmetology Centre, Mangalore, India
“I find that combining both ClearLift and ClearSkin lets me benefit from each of these technologies. My work is much more effective, and I know that the treatment is much more suitable for each individual. Each wavelength has its benefits – and when I use them together I know that my patient is getting a better treatment. That is important for me, and obviously for my patients.” - Prof. Moshe Lapidot, MD, Dermatologist, Head of the Laser Unit, Dermatology Dep., Rabin Medical Center
